Admin’s main aims at BRFCS.com are to constantly
improve the site in terms of design, content and functionality.
Believing the site should remain free to all we have no plans to
request members to pay to access the site. To date we have been
largely successful in achieving these objectives which is in no
small part due to members' generous response to recent and past
appeals for financial support. This summer we asked for donations,
either as a one-off or as a regular monthly Standing Order, and
received an excellent response - our thanks to all who have contributed
to date.
The site's finances are healthy but we cannot sit back waiting
for the next crisis. Currently we have a limited amount of advertising
on the site, we do not wish to increase this presence. We would
therefore encourage members to visit the brfcs.com shop and use
the links here for internet purchases. Every time our link is used
the site earns money - these sums are considerable, for example
Christmas 2003 earnt the site £80 from Amazon alone.
One of the way you can help the site is by buying items from the
online shops we are ascociated with. With these affiliate
shops the site is not directly involved with the sale, we simply
get a comission based on the number of customers who go to the site
from this one and your transaction is with the affiliate shop not
this site. This means that we are not able to answer questions about
products, track your order, arrange refunds etc.
